Check the listing for hours, whether the office takes your insurance or Medicaid, languages spoken, wheelchair access and parking, then confirm by phone: insurance networks and providers change more often than the listings do.

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with both the Elmhurst and Great Neck locations April 15, 2026 At the Elmhurst office, the level of unprofessionalism was unbelievable. I initially spoke with Melanie, (Monday) who gave me a hard time when I first called refusing to making an appointment for my son who needed a treatment. I then spoke with Alisa,(Wednesday) who told me she would pass my message along to the manager so I could receive a call back—but I never did. After that, I spoke with Liz, who transferred me to Sandra (the manager). I spoke with Sandra at 11:31 AM, explained my situation over to her once again. And she told me she couldn’t help because she wasn’t in the office and claimed no one had relayed my message. She then placed me on hold for 25 minutes, only for the call to be disconnected. What happened next was beyond unacceptable. I called back repeatedly and my calls were deliberately ignored. After calling about 15 times, they began answering but would say “Kids Care Dental,” and as soon as I stated my name, they would either hang up or place me on hold and disconnect again. Between 12:30 PM and 3:00 PM, I called a total of 32 times and never re

Had my 2 year olds first dental appointment here and was nervous doctors wouldn’t be able to examine her and it’s hard for us to brush her teeth but I was amazed at the techniques they showed us to get her to get us to brush her teeth. Doctor really educated us and said we can call anytime with questions.

friendly staff and doctors…. They take their time with patients and are skilled in dealing with children which is not easy. My kids look forward to coming to the dentist and the office reminds you every 6 months to come in which is awesome because it’s easy to forget. office is clean and wait times aren’t long, will never switch.
